Women's Running Injuries - Bristol running workshops

The second workshop on women’s running injuries is this Friday, 31st October.

We will be welcoming attendees from 6pm, and starting the workshop at 6.30pm. There will be time to ask questions too.

All attendees receive 10% off the lovely range of stock at Kinisi Run Hub and you can use the code RUNNINGWORKSHOPS10 to get 10% off on the night or on online purchases.

About the workshop: Women’s Running Injuries

Female runners are more likely to suffer from particular hip, pelvic, knee and achilles and heel injuries. There are differences in how they respond to injuries and considerations for their rehab too.

This Women’s Running Injuries workshop will cover

  • The most common running injuries women suffer from
  • Common causes of injury
  • What issues do females especially have to consider and how can they manage them?
  • Different considerations and management at different ages and levels of running experience
  • The most important exercises and flexibility training for specific injuries
  • Myths vs facts – which equipment and taping techniques really makes a difference and what not to do

We are grateful for the support by female founders for these events: Purendure. You will also receive energy gels from Purendure, which was founded by 2 ladies who have developed a natural, additive free alternative to sugary gels, and be in the draw for extra treats incuding sustainable women’s apparel and a water bottle from Bristol based, female led company Oso.
